Important Note – Product Opening Video (Mandatory)

  • Customers are required to record a clear product opening/unboxing video at the time of delivery.
  • The video must be continuous, unedited, and clearly show the package seal being opened.
  • Without a proper opening video, return or exchange requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect products will not be accepted.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Any product that is worn, damaged, altered, or without tags will not be eligible for return.
  • Customized, stitched, or clearance sale items are non-returnable.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Exchanges are allowed only for size, color, or design, subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested product is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • In case of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A mandatory product opening video and clear product images must be shared for verification.
  • Requests without an opening video will be rejected without exception.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
  • Accessories (unless damaged and supported by an opening video)

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
